Russian State Duma proclaimed the amnesty on the 100th anniversary of this organization.
This year amnesty has pardonned 896 people including 535 minors, 278 pregnant women and mothers of under age children, 83 pensioners in Samara Region. 180 criminal cases were terminated, informs TLTnews.
