Kommersant reports, investigators detained the person, who is said to have ordered to kill Andrey Kozlov, first deputy chairman of the Central Bank of Russia. The name of the suspect is kept secret in the interests of investigation.
Actual killers of Kozlov were detained past October, and intermediaries were caught in November to December of 2006.
The late first deputy chairman of the Central Bank of Russia (CBR) Andrey Kozlov was killed September 13, 2006. The banker was shot when leaving Spartak Stadium, where the CBR employees had played football. Kozlov was taken to hospital, where he died without regaining consciousness.
