In Stavropol Region a woman has applied to court in an attempt to change the birth registration number of her daughter.
Two years ago the girl was registered in the official book under 666 number, Mosnews reported.
Being a Christian, she considers 666 number as “satanic, soiled any Christian and a seal of Antichrist and a Satanists' symbol.” She asked the officials to change the entry number.
The public registry office refused and the woman took the case to court.
The first hearing into the case is scheduled on March 7.
