On Friday Larry Birkhead emerged from the courtroom with a huge smile on his face, and refused to reveal any details about the hearing.
According to Playfuls, Larry Birkhead told reporters a private hearing that he was “in a happy mood”.
“There were different moods for different people. I’m in a happy mood but I can’t speak for anyone else,” he said, clearly overjoyed after the hearing.
“I just hope for the best and I’m pleased with what I heard today and I’ll stay as long as I have to stay to get done what I need to get done,” Birkhead said in an exclusive interview with Access Hollywood.
Larry Birkhead is Anna Nicole Smith’s former boyfriend, who claims to be the father of the late model’s infant daughter Dannielynn.
Howard K. Stern, who is listed as the girl’s father in her birth certificate, did not attend the hearing.
Dannielynn is currently living with Stern in the Bahamas, in the same house he and the former Playboy Playmate shared before she died on February 8.
