Day of mourningUnder the order of President Vladimir Putin, March 21 is the Day of Mourning for victims of explosion at Ulyanovskaya mine, Kemerovo Region, air crash in Samara and fire at the home for aged in Krasnodar Territory, Kommersant informed.
