Under the order of President Vladimir Putin, March 21 is the Day of Mourning for victims of explosion at Ulyanovskaya mine, Kemerovo Region, air crash in Samara and fire at the home for aged in Krasnodar Territory, Kommersant informed.
Tu-134 airliner of UTair crashed when landing at Kurumoch airport of Samara in the morning of March 17. There were 57 on board of the plane; the crash killed six of them and wounded more than 20.
