Black Eyed Peas member Taboo was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence outside of Los Angeles, All HipHop web side informed.
Taboo, born Jaime Luis Gomez, was arrested after he was involved in a minor collision.
Police cited the Grammy Award winning rapper for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of a prescribed medication without a prescription, and DUI.
He was released and must appear in court at an undisclosed time and date. Gomez was released after posting $5,000 bail, the Los Angeles Times reported Wednesday.
Sheriff’s deputies said the non-injury accident occurred Tuesday in the City of Industry. Deputies from the Industry station talked to the 31-year-old Gomez, and then detained him.
