Indian-born fashion designer Anand Jon was charged Wednesday with sexually assaulting four more women in addition to the eight women he is already accused of violating.
According to Playfuls, the new charges mean Jon now faces a total of 32 counts involving sexual assault on 12 victims, all women or girls from 14 to 23 years old with ties to the fashion industry. If convicted he could face life in prison.
Anand Jon, 33, lured his victims by promising to make them famous.
Jon is free on 1.3 million dollars bail, but could face even more charges as prosecutors are interviewing six other women who claimed they were attacked by the designer.
Prosecutors say the incidents occurred between November 2002 and March of this year.
