“Little Miss Sunshine” and “Ugly Betty” were among the winners as the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation presented its annual awards in Los Angeles.
“Little Miss Sunshine”, which was nominated for a best picture Oscar, was honored by GLAAD as best wide-release film.
“Ugly Betty” won for outstanding TV comedy series, and “Brothers & Sisters” was named outstanding TV drama series.
The organization presented its Vanguard Award to actress Jennifer Aniston, and the Stephen K. Kolzak Award went to tennis great Martina Navratilova.
