Roman Abramovich is again the wealthiest in The Forbes 100 list of Russia's tycoons.
Roman Abramovich is the number one in the list of Russia's moguls for three years in a row. His wealth is estimated at $19.2 billion, Kommersant reported.
During recent divorce with Abramovich, his second wife Irina Malandina is said to have gained roughly $12 billion narrowing the wealth of her former husband to about $6.5 billion.
Only 18 tycoons in the list stand for the oil and gas industry in 2007, though there were 41 of them in 2004.
The Forbes 100 list includes only the oligarchs that are citizens of Russia and that built better parts of fortunes through private business.
