Daniel Radcliffe’s play Equus is closing in June, just three months after it opened to critical acclaim.
Daniel Radcliffe, 17, will have to leave the stage to resume work on the next Harry Potter film.
Spokesman Peter Thompson said that Equus had recouped its investment in a record-breaking eight weeks of business since it opened just over three months ago on February 27.
According to Daily Mail, Billy Elliot star Jamie Bell was set to strip off for the London stage to succeed Radcliffe, after film star Orlando Bloom was said to have turned down the role.
