Kim Basinger has denied leaking her ex-husband's angry voicemail which was directed at their daughter Ireland.
Alec Baldwin has been denied visitation rights to Ireland after a judge heard the message, in which he called the 11-year-old a "pig".
After the leak, Baldwin's lawyers asked judges to examine whether Basinger had committed contempt of court for leaking the tape, Ninemsn informs.
But last night, Basinger issued a statement calling on Baldwin to "finally address his unstable and irrational behaviour."
Her spokeswoman added: "Everybody is always asking why this custody battle has been going on for so many years and now they have the answer"
The spokeswoman says Basinger "did not release the voicemail," but adds the message "was not sealed under a court order."
