David Beckham said is eager to play for England as long he is "allowed" to.
The former captain, 32, was England's shining light against Estonia, setting up two of his side's three goals during the 3-0 victory in Talinn. "I believe I can play for this team as long as I am allowed to," Beckham told BBC Five Live.
Meanwhile David's wife, Victoria Beckham, the former Spice Girl, was named Glamour magazine's Woman of the Year.
Beckham, who also won Entrepreneur of the Year, attended the London event dressed in a corset and pair of frilly knickers, Post Chronicle informs.
Glamour editor Jo Elvin said: "For the past ten years, Victoria Beckham has been a figure of fascination. She has successfully reinvented herself from pop star to devoted wife and mother, to successful designer and business mogul."
Victoria, who has three sons ??“ Brooklyn, eight, Romeo, four, and Cruz, two, is currently decorating her new Beverly Hills home ahead of the family’s US move this summer, and is working on her new reality TV show.
Angelina Jolie received the inspiration award. Pregnant Charlotte Church was named TV personality of the Year, while Sienna Miller picked up the Film Actress of the Year award and Girls Aloud were named Band of the Year.
