Prince William has embarked on a clandestine tryst with Kate Middleton.
The pair were sitting metres apart at Sunday's Concert for Diana, their body language suggesting they had little in common as the prince occasionally looked her way while she defiantly refused to look in his direction.
But The Sun revealed Kate snuck into William's house the night before the concert in a carefully planned operation to avoid being spotted, The Courier Mail reports.
Their behaviour at the concert was believed to be a foil to avoid fuelling rumours the relationship was back on.
"It was clear Kate and William had put together a plan so that the meeting could be kept secret," a witness said.
The couple have met at least three times in the past five weeks, according to the paper but this was the first time they had met at Clarence House, the palace used as home by the princes.
By the way, Kate Middleton unveiled a sensual new look at the Wembley concert in honour of Diana, Princess of Wales, Telegraph.co.uk informs.
Ms Middleton, before her much-publicised split from the prince, was best known for a sleek-chic style which owed much of its origins to the King's Road of the Sloane Ranger era.
For Wembley, however, Kate went for fashion a la Brasiliana, choosing a white-hot trench coat from the red-hot label, Issa, brainchild of the fiery Brasilian designer, Daniela Issa Helayel, who set up her business in London's Docklands in 2002.
It is not the first time Kate has followed the alluring trail of the "Girl from Ipanema.' Earlier in the week she was spotted in a black crystal dress from the same designer.
