Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are trying to keep photos of the couple having sex out of the weekly magazines and off the Internet.
Last week, Life & Style published some naked (apart from their blurred-out bits) pics of Nick and Vanessa on holiday at a private resort in Mexico, Entertaimentwise.com reports.
Now the couple has hired a lawyer to prevent more photos from seeing the light of day ??“ and these ones are said to be "Paris sex tape-level scandalous."
"They are not just naked, they are being quite graphic," a source who has seen the photos tells Perezhilton.com. "These pics make the Vanessa and Lindsay (knife) photos look tame!"
According to TMZ the two are not only making out, but having hardcore sex in the hot tub.
