Eva Longoria, the newly minted Mrs. Tony Parker returned to the set of Desperate Housewives Monday for the first time since her international nuptials earlier this month.
The still-blushing bride arrived on the Universal Studios lot bright and early to begin the grind of the series' fourth season, something Longoria's rep, Liza Anderson, says came as a welcome reprieve to the past three weeks of pre- and post-wedding festivities.
"It was a great wedding, but it was time to get back to Desperate Housewives," Anderson said. "I got a call from her this morning and she was already at work. She sounded so great, really upbeat. She's completely content."
As it is, the 32-year-old newlywed, who tied the knot with 25-year-old San Antonio Spur all-star point guard Parker in a blow-out ceremony in Paris on July 7, returned to Los Angeles on Sunday from a low-key, weeklong honeymoon on the Caribbean Island of Turks and Caicos, E!Online informs.
"It was just her and Tony," Anderson said. "They had a private villa. She's completely relaxed and rejuvenated. She had a full week alone with Tony to decompress."
