A restraining order aimed at Britney Spears' friend and manager Sam Lutfi alleges that he drugged the pop star, took over her life and finances and controlled the paparazzi who pursued her for months.
The order, based on a lengthy declaration from Spears' mother, Lynne, says Spears met Lutfi in October 2007 and "Mr. Lutfi has essentially moved into Britney's home and has purported to take control of her life, home and finances."
Lynne alleges Lutfi crushed up Britney's medication and placed it in her food and "gave Britney something to make her more light-hearted" during one of their visits.
Lutfi, 33, apparently told Lynne the Toxic star would kill herself if he wasn't there to administer her pills.
The documents released by a court ordered Lutfi to stay away from Spears and stop the harassment, Daily Mail reports.
Lynne Spears' declaration said, "Mr. Lutfi drugged Britney, he has cut Britney's home phone lines and removed her cell phone chargers.
He yells at her. He claims to control everything ??“ Britney's business manager, her attorneys and the security guards at the gate."
