Twice-divorced Pamela Anderson is seeking annulment of her nine-week marriage to Rick Salomon on the grounds of "fraud."
In newly released legal documents the 40-year-old Baywatch actress is citing "fraud" as the reason for the annulment but does not go into any further detail.
In court papers filed last week she asked the court not to deny her third husband spousal support and to keep their income and property separate.
Anderson and Salomon were married in Oct 6 2007 in Las Vegas and she filed for divorce on December 13.
Pamela was previously married to singer Kid Rock and Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee,
Daily Mail reports.
