Bristol Palin has been in the center of a great deal of media attention over the course of the past week.
Bristol, the daughter of John McCain's choice for vice president, Sarah Palin, was confirmed to be 5 months pregnant earlier in the week, Chatahbox reports.
The 17-year old teenager from Alaska was also said to be set to marry the father of her baby.
Jamie Lynn Spears has come out since then and is offering her help.
Spears knows what its like to be a teenage mom, giving birth to Maddie Briann Aldridge back in June.
She reportedly gave a phone call to the Petit Tresor to order up some baby clothes to have sent over to Bristol Palin.
She put a note in it, stating "Dear Bristol, hang in there ??¦ xoxo, Jamie Lynn."
Sources state that the clothes that were sent were pink, meaning it is likely Bristol Palin will be giving birth to a baby girl.
