More than 80 couples are getting married in Togliatti on St. Valentine’s Day. The majority of them will tie the knots in the Wedding Palace of Avtozavodsky district.
“It’s more than the number of those, who wished to get married in all other Saturdays of this year,” Natalya Tihonova, Wedding 
Palace head told local radio station. St. Valentine’s Day is Saturday in 2009.
The wedding ceremony would differ from the usual tradition. The organizers promise some surprises. Each couple was given a task to prepare St. Valentine’s Day cards. Brides and bridegrooms would pronounce the words of love at the moment of the registration.
