The conflict between Russian popular singer Kristina Orbakaite and businessman Ruslan Baisarov, the father of her younger son Dany, is running high.
Kristina's current husband, Mikhail Zemtsov, is also appeared to be art and part in the scandal. Mikhail lives in the USA that's why he insists on his wife's moving to America. By the way, Kristina'a elder son Nikita lives in the USA now. So, in case the singer changes Russia to America, Dany, 11, will have to move there too.
Dany's father, Ruslan Baisarov, objected to the idea cruelly. He informed Orbakaite about his suggestions. According to them, Dany Baisarov should live and get education in Moscow till the adulthood; then he should decide where to live and what to do due his own mind. Ruslan Baisarov also claimed he would never agree his son to leave Russian Federation for living in the USA.
At the same time Kristina Orbakaite during her press-conference said she had left the idea to move the boy to the USA after his father's objection. The singer added that Ruslan had taken his son for holidays on July, 22, and made Dany to live with him.
The conflict continues in the court. Ruslan Baisarov demands to have the sole custody of the son. Kristina wants the boy to live with her. The woman also wants to recover aliments for the child's support.
Ruslan's mother, Kafirat, surprisingly became the art and part in the conflict. She had seized the court earlier than the parents and wanted Dany to live with her in Chechnya.
Meanwhile the parents' evidences are quite different. The singer claims her former civil husband doesn't give her the opportunity to communicate with the son. Kristina said the man offered to sign a terrible agreement. She said the Chechen (Ruslan was born there) has a tradition: the men take the children at the age of 12 away from their mothers and bring them up themselves. On the contrary, Ruslan said that this tradition didn't exist in their family, but he was responsible for his son by the Islam laws.
Ruslan refuses the demands of sole custody, he also claimed the only thing ??“ Dany should live in Russia and go to Moscow school.
Kristina's mother, Russian famous singer Alla Pugacheva, may also participate in the conflict, Russian Internet-newspaper "Dni.ru" reports.
