Gennadiy Shvets, Russian Olympic Committee spokesman, made the scandal around the standard-bearer come to the end. "The name will be announced in Vancouver itself during the captains' council", he said.

At the same time, according to some information, Evgeni Plushenko and Aleksey Morozov have the best chances to bear Russian flag on the 12th of February in Canada, Russian "Dni" informs.
